Issue of Shares from Treasury

 

 

The Company announces that on 19 February 2021 it issued 45,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 816.60 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

 

Following the issuance, there will be 40,812,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 529,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
