On 12th June 2000, the Board of IBT posted the notice of an extraordinary
general meeting, pursuant to a shareholder requisition, to be held on 7th July
2000.

The Board will be writing to shareholders shortly with its views and
recommendations on the resolutions.  Meanwhile shareholders have been advised
to take no action.
