The Board of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the "Company") notes that a follow on investment has been made in Ikano Therapeutics Inc.

The Company invested £40k ($66k) in a four tranche $3.5m bridge financing. Following this investment, the Company's holding has a cost of £1.7m and value of £1.1m.
