Portfolio Update

The Board of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the "Company") notes that a follow on investment has been made in Entellus Medical Inc.

The Company invested $604k (£366k) in a $30m Series D preferred round of funding. This announcement updates one previously made on 30 September 2009, in which Entellus Medical could not be named. There has been no further change to the valuation of the existing holding and following this round, a total of £1.4m will have been invested, with a current value of £1.1m.
