The Board of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the "Company") notes that a follow on investment has been made in Affinium Pharmaceuticals Inc.

The Company invested $117k (£70k) in a $1.75m Series A third tranche of financing. Following this investment, IBT's holding has a cost and value of £264k.
