Portfolio Update

The Board of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the "Company") announces that Lux Biosciences ("Lux") is the name of the company which could not be named for commercial reasons within the RNS announcement released on Monday, 24 December 2012.  Lux's drug, Luveniq, missed the primary endpoint in its Phase III trial to treat non-infectious uveitis.  There is no further change to valuation.
