The Company incorrectly announced on 7 July 2022 (RNS No 7600R) that following a market purchase of 7,200 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, it held 520,608 Ordinary shares in treasury. The correct number of shares held in treasury is 520,808.

All other details remain unchanged.

Correction: Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 7^th July 2022 it made a market purchase of 7,200 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 692.22292p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	520,808
Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)	40,863,009
