          Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
                              
At  the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Friday 7  July
2000,  the  first  resolution requiring  the  Board  to  put
forward proposals for the reconstruction of the Company  was
passed  and  the second and third resolutions proposing  the
removal of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman were not passed.
The  Directors will be writing to shareholders in  the  near
future.
