Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 4^th April 2022 it made a market purchase of 7,800 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 639p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares in issue	41,383,817
Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	483,708
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue	40,900,109
