International Airlines Group, S.A (the "Company" or "IAG") announces that on 30 June 2011 the award made under the British Airways Deferred Share Plan 2005 ("DSP") on 19 August 2008 to the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company vested as detailed in the table below.

No consideration is payable for the vesting of these awards.
