§ Group traffic in April, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometres, increased by 10.9 per cent versus April 2015 (up 2.8 per cent on a pro-forma basis); Group capacity measured in Available Seat Kilometres rose by 10.7 per cent (up 2.6 per cent on a pro-forma basis).
§ Group premium traffic for the month of April increased by 4.4 per cent on a pro-forma basis.

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENTS
On 18 April, Iberia announced that it will start services from Madrid to Shanghai on 28 June. This will be the airline's first destination in Asia followed by Tokyo on 18 October. Iberia will operate three flights a week to Shanghai on its A330-200 fleet.
