Notice is served that the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED AIRLINES GROUP, S.A., validly held on second call today, June 18, 2015, approved all of the proposed resolutions prepared by the Board of Directors with a sufficient majority.
