Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Ideal Shopping Direct plc ("the Company") announces that it has today posted its Annual Report for the 52 weeks ended 2 January 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders.

The Company confirms that its Annual General Meeting shall be held on Friday 1 July 2011 at 9.30am at Ideal Home House, Newark Road, Peterborough, PE1 5WG (please note the Annual General Meeting will not be held on 16 June 2011 as previously announced).
