Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification today that Mike Hancox, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company at a price of 80p per ordinary share on 28 September 2009. 

The total beneficial holding of Mike Hancox following this transaction is 570,500 ordinary shares of 3 pence each which represents approximately 1.92% of the Company's issued share capital. 

In addition, the Company has received notification today that Ian Jebson, Finance Director of the Company purchased a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company at a price of 80p per ordinary share on 28 September 2009. 

The total beneficial holding of Ian Jebson following this transaction is 62,500 ordinary shares of 3 pence each which represents approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
