Appointment of Finance Director





Ideal Shopping Direct Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael
James Camp, aged 45, as a Finance Director of the Company with effect from 19
September 2005. Mike Creedon, the current finance director, will be leaving the
Company after a brief handover period.



Mr Camp was previously the Finance Director of the Consumer Division of RAC plc,
and, before that, Booker Cash and Carry, a subsidiary of the Big Food Group plc.



Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Jim Hodkinson said, "I am delighted that
Mike has agreed to join us, to help take Ideal Shopping Direct on to the next
level of growth. His experience and expertise will be a great asset in the
future development of our business."
