DIRECTORS' DEALING

The Company announces that it has received notification that today Mr Paul
Wright, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in Ideal
Shopping Direct plc at a price of 227.5p per share. Mr Wright's holding
following this transaction is 6,900,000 ordinary shares of 3p each representing
23.6% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.

The Company also announces that it has received notification that today Valerie
Kaye, an Executive Director of the Company, sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares in
Ideal Shopping Direct plc at a price of 227.5p per share. Miss Kaye's holding
following this transaction is 3,700,000 ordinary shares of 3p each representing
12.7% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
