The Company has been advised that Jim Hodkinson, Chairman of the Company, has
today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 3p each in the Company at 94p per
ordinary share.

Mr. Hodkinson now holds 125,000 ordinary shares representing 0.43% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
