DIVIDENDS



In its preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2004, issued on 2 March
2005, the Board of Ideal Shopping Direct plc recommended a maiden dividend of
1.0p per share, to be paid, if approved, on 11 May 2005. In that statement, the
record date was incorrectly stated as 9 March 2005. The Board of Ideal Shopping
Direct plc wishes to confirm that the dividend will be paid to shareholders on
the register at 11 March 2005.
