Grant of Options

The Company announces that it has today granted the following options to
Directors, pursuant to the discretionary 2000 Share Option Scheme, over ordinary
shares of 3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price
of 199.5 pence per share:


David Williams, Chairman            100,000
David Blake, Finance Director       160,401


These options are exercisable between 2010 and 2017 subject to performance
criteria being met.

Following this grant of options, the interests of the two Directors in Ordinary 
Shares of the Company are as follows:
