Ideal Shopping Direct, a leading operator of TV and internet shopping channels, will announce its preliminary results on 16 April 2009, three weeks later than the date originally set, to enable an update on first quarter trading to also be given. 

An analyst meeting will be held at the offices of Buchanan Communications at 10am on 16 April 2009.
