Notification of Change of Director Details

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Royal Mail plc announces that it has been advised of the following new appointments of its Non-Executive Directors:

That Paul Murray, is to join the Board of Independent Oil and Gas plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 March 2014; and

That John Allan, is to join the Board of Barratt Developments plc, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman designate with effect from 1 August 2014, to become Chairman following Barratt Developments plc's AGM on 12 November 2014.
