Potential Offer Update

The Board of IDS announced on 14 February 2008 that it had received a very
preliminary approach which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the
Company.

The interested party has not made a proposal at a level that the Board of IDS
believes would be acceptable to IDS shareholders

Accordingly, the Board confirms that it is no longer engaged in any discussions
regarding a potential offer for the Company.
