Ideal Shopping Direct Plc (the 'Company')
The Company announces the resignation of the Paul Jephcott, Finance Director,
to take effect from 26 October 2001. Mr Jephcott has decided to pursue other
career opportunities outside the TV home shopping sector. The Board is
currently seeking a successor to Mr Jephcott and hopes to announce an
appointment at the earliest opportunity to ensure a seamless transition.
The Board wishes to express its thanks to Mr Jephcott for his commitment to
the Company during the challenging period over the last six months.
Chief Executive, Paul Wright, said, 'we could not have completed the recent
fundraising without Paul's hard work. Through his efforts the Company is on a
sound financial footing and able to move forward after the difficult period
following the fire which devastated the business earlier this year.'
