CHANGES TO BOARD AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") announces that, after more than 8 years as a director of the company, Nicholas Page will be retiring from the Board of IPF following its December meeting.  In order to facilitate an orderly handover ahead of the 2015 full year audit process, Mr Page has stepped down as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and is succeeded by Richard Moat.  Mr Page has served as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee since IPF was established following the demerger from Provident Financial plc in 2007 and will remain a member of the Committee until retiring from the Board.  Mr Moat joined the Board in July 2012 and has been a member of the Audit and Risk Committee since September 2012.  Jayne Almond, an Independent Non-executive Director who joined the Board in June 2015, has also been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and, in addition, will join the Remuneration Committee, both with immediate effect.  John Mangelaars, an Independent Non-executive Director, who joined the Board in July 2015, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with immediate effect.
