Charles Gregson - notification of additional appointment

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") announces that Charles Gregson, a non-executive director of IPF, is non-executive Chairman of CPPGroup Plc which listed on The London Stock Exchange earlier today.

In addition to his appointment as Chairman of CPPGroup Plc, and his role with IPF, Mr Gregson is Chairman of ICAP plc and a director of Caledonia Investments plc and St. James's Place plc and was formerly Chief Executive of PR Newswire, a director of United Business Media Plc and a non-executive director of Provident Financial plc.
