Board Change

The board of International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") today announces that Craig Shannon, Group Development Director, is to leave IPF. Craig will step down from the board with immediate effect but will remain employed by the Group for a period to ensure an orderly transition of his duties.

Fred Forfar, who is currently New Markets Director for IPF, will replace Craig as Group Development Director, although this is not a board level appointment.
