INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") has today issued (i) CZK 100,000,000 9% guaranteed notes due 25 July 2016 and (ii) CZK 280,000,000 8.5% guaranteed notes due 24 July 2015 (the "Notes") under its euro medium term note programme (the "Programme").

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market.
