INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") has today issued CZK 250,000,000 5.25% guaranteed notes due 21 November 2018 (the "Notes") under its euro medium term note programme (the "Programme").

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market.
