TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 20 November 2012 it purchased for cancellation 143,114 ordinary shares at an average price of 347.4079 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 351.1 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 343.4 pence.

This completes the planned £25M buy-back programme announced on 24 July 2012. In total, 7,792,801 shares have been purchased for cancellation.
