TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 2 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 88,585 ordinary shares at an average price of 525.9365 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 532.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 522.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,214,117 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,490,979.
