TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 6 November 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 13,820 ordinary shares at an average price of 469.3654 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 470.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 466.4 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,549,874 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 233,155,222.
