TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 14 May 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 61,650 ordinary shares at an average price of 582.7793 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 585 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 580 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 193,650; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 239,511,446.
