TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 18 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 79,638 ordinary shares at an average price of 501.6117 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 504.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 497.9 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,012,649 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,692,447.
