TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 29 October 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 150,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 476.9865 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 478.9 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 469.8 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,248,757 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 233,456,339.
