TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 2 October 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 85,265 ordinary shares at an average price of 481.8457 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 488 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 475.7 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,437,350 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,267,746.
