IPF Bank issues first loan in Russia

International Personal Finance, which specialises in small, unsecured cash loans, has through its Russian subsidiary IPF Bank, issued its first loan in Moscow, Russia. This is a pilot operation, as previously referred to in the company's Interim Management Report for the six months ended 30 June 2008.
