ALLOTMENT OF SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES

The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') wish to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

 

Dividend period:

1 January 2010 - 30 June 2010

Dividend amount per share:

2.85 pence

Scrip dividend price per share:

111.6 pence

Payment date/Allotment of scrip:

15 October 2010

Number of new shares issued:

1,622,132

Total number of INPP shares on issue at 15 Oct:

479,040,303

 

 

The Board today reconfirms the guidance of 5.70 pence per share for the 2010 full year distribution. The second half of this distribution, which is targeted to be 2.85 pence per share, is expected to be paid in May 2011.
