ALLOTMENT OF SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES
The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') wish to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

The Board today reconfirms the guidance of 5.85 pence per share for the 2011 full year distribution. The first half of this distribution, which is targeted to be 2.925 pence per share, is expected to be paid in October 2011. The second half is expected to be paid in May 2012.
