Appointment to the Board

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company" or "INPP") announces that Julia Bond has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2017.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Ms Bond has advised the Company that she is the Senior Independent Director of European Assets Trust NV, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam Stock Market.

 

Rupert Dorey, Chairman, said "After a successful career in financial services, Julia brings a wealth of board experience in Investment Trusts, the public sector, professional bodies as well as the voluntary sector. Julia's skills and knowledge are complementary to the current Board and will allow for an orderly process of Board succession in due course."

 

Biography for Julia Bond

Julia Bond has 27 years' experience of capital markets in the financial sector and held senior positions within Credit Suisse including Head of One Bank Delivery. She is currently a non-executive director and trustee of several governmental bodies and charities including the Supervisory and Management Board of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a non executive advisor to the CEO of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
