In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and further to the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') Results announcement released on 25 May 2022, International Public Partnerships Limited (the 'Company' or 'INPP') confirms that Claire Whittet retired as a director of the Company at the AGM held on 25 May 2022 due to her nine-year tenure limit having been reached. As a result of her retirement and ongoing periodic rotation of Board responsibilities, the following Committee changes took effect from 25 May 2022:
· Meriel Lenfestey was appointed as the Chair of the Management and Engagement Committee.
· Stephanie Coxon was appointed as the Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
· John Le Poidevin was appointed to the role of Senior Independent Director.
