In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), INPP advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Mr John Whittle will be appointed a non-executive director of Advance Frontier Markets Fund Ltd with effect from 1 February 2012. Advance Frontier Markets Fund Ltd was admitted to trading on AIM on 15 June 2007.
