In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Mr John Whittle is a non-executive director of Toro Limited which was admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange on 8 May 2015. Toro Limited was also admitted to the official list of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited on 8 May 2015.
