In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
John Whittle was appointed as an alternate director of GLI Finance Limited and will act as the Company's interim chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from 8 December 2015. GLI Finance Limited was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 5 August 2005.
