In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
John Le Poidevin was appointed as non-executive chairman of Challenger Acquisitions Limited with effect from 12 January 2016. Challenger Acquisitions Limited was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 19 February 2015.
