Further to the announcement made by the Company earlier today regarding the disposal by Rupert Dorey, Chairman of INPP, of 129,000 shares in the Company (the "Shares"), the Company advises that the Shares represent those acquired by Mr Dorey during the recent capital raising, the outcome of which was announced by the Company on 9 May 2017. The Shares were allocated equally between Mr Dorey's children as a gift and, as such, were transferred for nil consideration.
