The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited (LSE: INPP) today declared a distribution covering the period from 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2009.

Distribution period:	1 January 2009 - 30 June 2009
Distribution amount per share:	2.775 pence
Ex-distribution date:	9 September 2009
Record date:	11 September 2009
Payment date:	9 October 2009

The 2009 forecast full year distribution of 5.55 pence per share is in line with the target distribution previously outlined by Directors and, as per previous periods, is expected to be entirely funded through operating cash flow.
