Babcock&Brown Public Ptnrships Ltd 14 December 2007 BABCOCK & BROWN PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED (the 'Company') Result of EGM The Board of Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships Limited (the 'Company') announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. The resolutions passed: (a) approved the proposed acquisitions of assets and interests in respect of five PFI/PPP infrastructure projects by subsidiaries of the Company from related parties of the Company; and (b) approved the amendment to the Company's Articles of Association by the inclusion of pre-emption rights on the issue of shares in the capital of the Company for cash, in each case as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 26 November 2007 (the 'Circular'). Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Circular.
