In accordance with DTR 5.1.2, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited,
has made an initial notification to Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships Limited
(the 'Company') of a shareholding of 17,127,400 Ordinary shares, based on
nominee holdings in accordance with DTR 5.2.1(F), representing 5.71% of the
total voting rights of the Company. This is the result of a transaction which
took place on the 28 February 2007.
