Notification of Market Update and response to FCA market-wide request to delay results
International Public Partnerships Limited (' INPP' , the ' Company' ), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company announces that it will provide investors and analysts with a Market Update at 9am on Thursday 26 March 2020.
The Company notes the market-wide announcement by the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') on Sunday 22 March 2020 requesting a delay of at least two weeks to the forthcoming announcement of preliminary financial accounts in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the Company believes it is in a position to release its full year results this week, in accordance with this new FCA guidance, this release will now be delayed until the earliest possible alternative date. The Market Update replaces the full year results announcement planned for this week and will instead provide investors with performance metrics for the 12 months ended 31 December 2019 and a general update on the portfolio.
Analysts and investors wishing to access the Market Update presentation via the conference line can do so by dialling +44 (0) 330 336 9125 and using the confirmation code 1313019. As before, the conference call is not open to the media or their third-party representatives.
