Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company", "INPP"), the listed infrastructure investment company, announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "Supplementary Prospectus"). The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 12 April 2017 (the "Prospectus").
The Supplementary Prospectus is being published to disclose details of significant events that have taken place since the publication of the Prospectus, notably the release on 21 March 2018 of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements to 31 December 2017.
The Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Supplementary Prospectus and the Prospectus are also available from the Company's website www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com.
